Runs 3x a week, 2 days of strength training and 1 day of cycle, full nutrition workup and full body composition analysis. All the perks of personal training in a small group setting. Great results come from boot camp! Runs continuously, month to month. $90/month for camp or add unlimited cycling with camp for $125/month. What are you supposed to eat? We are happy to offer, meal planning for those who need just a little help. A 2 week comprehensive, personalized meal plan is just $175, get on track, stay on track!
