Jenn is the owner of Kinetic Fitness Cycle and Training (although you would never guess this, how can such a dork and train wreck at math run a business?) She and her exceedingly handsome hubby Bryan, opened KFC in August 2012, against all odds, and have never looked back (totally not true but sounds fabulous). Jenn teaches a ton of classes at KFC because, well, she is cheap and easy and teaches for free. She absolutley loves indoor cycling as it was her avenue to lose weight after having twins many moons ago. She has taught indoor cycling for over 8 years and following 12 years as a Registered Nurse, she went back to school and got another Bachelor's Degree in Human Performance Management, Wellness with a minor in Health Promotion. Jenn is also a personal trainer, runs the boot camp side of Kinetic Fitness Training and teaches TRX suspension classes as well. She loves all things fitness, nutrition and health and loves to share this passion with others. Her classes are notorious for LONG hill climbs and extra intensity. Her music ranges from Pat Benetar to Linkin Park to Journey. Expect to hear constant jabber in her class followed by what sort of junk food she is trying to work off. Jenn loves that anyone, of any size, age or fitness level can cycle and feel right at home. She strives to make KFC a friendly, local joint where, just like on Cheers, everybody knows your name, and we aren't afraid to use it! Come sweat with us!
Stephanie loves running, mountain biking, volleyball, cooking and a challenge. She recently fell in love with road biking after completing her first century in 2013. Looking for a way to fuel her biking addiction over the winter months, Stephanie decided to become a spin instructor (so she could control the music) :-) and has loved every minute of it. Working at Kinetic Fitness is exactly what Steph would describe as her perfect job. She loves to share a good workout. Drawing from her experience as a personal trainer, Bachelor's Degree from Utah State University in Exercise Science, and numerous jobs and certifications in the health and fitness world, Stephanie loves putting together new TRX, boot camp and cycle routines. Her goal is to make you sweat. You are stronger than you think!!
Stacia has always had a passion for health, wellness and fitness and resigned from the "corporate world" in 2012 to pursue those passions. She is currently a Health Coach, with plans of also becoming a Nutritional Therapy practicioner. She plans on starting a company focused on creating and offering Corporate Wellness programs to employers. (After all 8-10 hours a day is spent at work). She has been an avid indoor cycler for over 8 years. She participates in several charity sponsored bike rides every summer. It gives her a way to support worthy causes while getting to do one of the things she loves. Her classes consist of a wide variety of challenges, including hills, mountains, (think really big hills), intervals, sprints and tempo rides; all accompanied by a wide variety of music. . . 80's, 90's, classic rock, hip hop, top 20, you name it! She probably has it on a playlist somewhere! In her spare time, Stacia can be found doing the books for her husband's business, or preferably out golfing, boating, in the kitchen cooking a new clean recipe or traveling with her hubby.

Mandy is new to the health and fitness scene. After being diagnosed with cancer and kicking it's trash, she decided she wasn't going to waste another moment being weak and tired all the time. She started running and completed her first 5k, followed by a 10k, relay races, half marathon and Tough Mudder. She enlisted in KFC's boot camp to help get some strength training and give her joints a break from the cruelty of running. Boot camp helped her lose more than 12% of her body fat. She was introduced to indoor cycling through boot camp and now prefers cycling to running any day. Her playlists always include a potpourri of music so there is always a little something to meet any taste. As long as the beat is good, you can ride to anything, and as long as you are willing to put in the work, she will help you get the workout you need. As a working mom of two, Mandy knows how important it is to make a workout count. She is also a certified personal trainer and having overcome several major health obstacles, she is the gal to get your motivated and moving.
Camie Mosley has participated in group fitness and well being since the mid-90s at the time, a secretary wanting to avoid “secretary’s butt”. She has participated in a range of classes, step, body jam, body pump, yoga, Pilates, and cycling. In the past 4 years her love has only grown for cycling. As an instructor, she is dynamic, with music that is pumping and motivating. In her class, you will hear anything from Fallout Boy to Eurythmics, focusing on endurance, interval, and speed training. Her themed rides and excitement for helping everyone reach their fitness goals, keeps her classes challenging for both experienced riders, and inspiring for those who are new to cycling. Not only is she devoted to a healthy lifestyle, but she also enjoys traveling, studying wine, and writing. She is a current student at WSU working on her Bachelor’s of Creative Writing. She believes in the philosophy that a healthy mind and body are the perfect combination to being a better mom and person. Camie is devoted to her husband of 7 years and three fabulous kids. Stepping into her class, is an hour to forget your everyday stresses and truly focus on pushing yourself to the next level.
